All of our enrollment materials, including program, tuition and tuition assistance information along with our application, are available on our website and via the links below. If you prefer, please contact or visit our office to speak with us directly—we can discuss our program options and send you materials.
Step 1. Take a SCHOOL TOUR
A tour is an ideal way to get a firsthand look at our school and includes an opportunity for Q&A. This visit is optional, but strongly encouraged.
Step 2. Attend a Saturday MINI MORNING
We open our classrooms for a taste of a typical day at Acorn Hill. A very popular event! Also optional, but strongly encouraged.
Step 3. Submit APPLICATION by Jan 15
Please print and return your completed application to us, along with your non-refundable application fee of $50. Applications are accepted after January 15 for rolling admissions.
All applications are thoroughly reviewed, and acceptance into each program is made based on application dates, child’s age and developmental needs, parental support/interest in the Waldorf educational philosophy, and status of toilet training. Acceptance priority is given to current students and their siblings, children of Waldorf teachers, and students transferring from other Waldorf schools.
Step 4. Submit FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE by Feb 3
If interested, submit the Tuition Assistance and/or Diversity Grant application(s). Applications are accepted after February 3 for rolling admissions.
Step 5. Attend the Admissions Play Group with Parent Orientation
This required 30 minute event is scheduled in January or February, after your application is submitted. We will contact you with the scheduled date.
