Waldorf in the News!
School Tours 2013-14 (adults only, please)
Please contact the office for late spring dates.
School tours begin parents with a brief, comprehensive presentation of Waldorf early childhood education and our programs, followed by a visit to our 3 and 5 day classes. They conclude with a question and answer period with our Enrollment and Pedagogical Coordinator.
Saturday Mini Mornings – Children are Welcome!
Mini Mornings have concluded for the current year. Please contact the office for fall and winter dates.
The Mini Morning provides great opportunity to experience Waldorf early education first hand. Held on the first Saturday of most months, we open our classrooms for a taste of a typical day at Acorn Hill. You and your child can meet our teachers and enjoy a shortened experience of our daily rhythm, with open play, bread-making, circle and story, and outdoor play on our beautiful wooded playground. Teachers, parents and board members are on hand to answer questions and talk about our school. Please contact the school office to register. There is no charge for the Mini Morning.
