Welcome to Acorn Hill!
Acorn Hill is a vibrant community of families and friends sharing the journey of parenting young children. Parent involvement is encouraged and appreciated! The best way to get involved? Join the Parent Circle. And please plan to participate in the many activities and events scheduled throughout the school year. Together we can navigate the issues facing us as parents today, and support each other as we try to incorporate more Waldorf methods into our home lives. Please contact your Class Captain or a Parent Circle member if you have any questions.
The Handwork Circle meets on alternating Thursdays and Fridays, lead by Handwork Circle Coordinator, Crystal Paultre. Please reach out to Crystal for upcoming handwork dates at firstname.lastname@example.org. Dates may also be posted on the front lobby bulletin board.
Join the Acorn Hill Community Listserv
A Yahoo Group has been formed to serve as an electronic bulletin board for current and former Acorn Hill families to share non-school related information. This listserv is not for official Acorn Hill business nor will it supersede any notices you receive about Acorn Hill events. The goal of this group is to share information that would be of use to Acorn Hill families. Examples of information shared would be upcoming workshops or classes for both children and parents; neighborhood yard sales; extra tickets for events; swapping of children’s clothing/gear. To join Oakbranch please send an email to email@example.com.
